SPA POLICIES

  • Should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, a 24-hour notice is required. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, you will be charged for the full service. Please understand when you cancel or miss your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time.

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.  Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment time to ensure that the next guest is not delayed. Clients 15 minutes late will be cancelled and billed for the full service.

  • Please make arrangements for your children during your appointment time. My insurance carrier does not allow for children in the treatment room or to be left unsupervised in the waiting room.

  • If you're sick, please reschedule. If you're on antibiotics, this will affect/prevent you from having some treatments. Please get in touch as soon as possible to determine the best course of action.

  • Memberships can be cancelled at any time, so long as it is before the next billing date. Membership services will NOT roll over to the following month, but you can transfer it to someone else or pause your membership.

  • Packages and gift certificates are non-refundable. 

  • If you have concerns about your treatment, you must contact us within 24 hours to alleviate the issues.

  • Only unused, unopened products are eligible for return or exchange.
